I’m Dr. We, a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting you on your journey toward greater well-being. Personally, I’ve been married to my husband for over 20 years, and we’re now embracing a new chapter as empty nesters. With our children off living their best lives, we found ourselves rediscovering each other and falling in love all over again. It wasn’t always easy—relearning how to compromise and communicate in new ways challenged us—but it also deepened our bond and resilience.

This personal experience, combined with my professional journey, fuels my deep commitment to helping individuals like you navigate life’s challenges, rediscover connection, and cultivate resilience, inner peace, and personal growth.

With over 16 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own unique stories and aspirations. This work has been deeply rewarding and continues to affirm my belief in the power of human resilience and our incredible capacity for positive change.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in a holistic and person-centered perspective. I see you as a unique individual, shaped by your own strengths and experiences. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. We’ll work as a team to set meaningful goals, address challenges, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. My ultimate goal is to empower you to access your inner strengths and build the tools you need to create a fulfilling and balanced life.

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from The American School of Psychology at Argosy University in San Francisco, CA, in 2015. I also hold double Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counseling.

As a licensed clinical therapist, I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. My extensive training in evidence-based therapies—such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Addiction Treatment, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)—allows me to provide compassionate and effective care to teens, adults, couples, and families.

I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, substance abuse issues, relationship struggles, self-esteem and identity concerns, parenting challenges, anger management, domestic violence, and psychosis. My goal is to support and empower you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

I strongly believe in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where my clients can feel heard and understood.
